Again, the ECB writes the check

So far when push comes to shove, the ECB has ultimately written the check.

As long as they keep doing that it can all muddle through.

Executive Summary: Markets seemed to turn around this morning on reports that the ECB will (or has already begun to) buy Spanish and Italian debt in order to calm markets.
