On an anecdotal side note about Commercial Real Estate, CB Richard Ellis reported that Manhattan office space leasing jumped more than 50% over June levels to 1.58 million square feet. July was the first time since January of 2008 that leasing exceeded the 5 year average of 1.32 million square feet.
