RE: IMF is wrong way to do it,but it will probably happen. 

We&#039;re in a sentiment driven market in almost every way right now.  We can get done what ever we want.  It is both depressing and inspiring how much of the things we actually get done are either counter productive or indirect ways of addressing the real problems.  Because the policies are wrong - but incredible in terms of size and determination.</description>
